![]() I very much appreciate what you guys are doing here and will try again in the future if and when there is an update that suggests a related fix has been made but for the time being there is no point in it for me as I am quite literally unable to run the program long enough to get it to process any video files I have. I am sure a lot of people are able to use it fine which is great but the fact remains that for some of us, this application is completely unusable. I have an i7 with 12gb ram and an nVidia 9600gt display adapter that is DX10 compatible. If there is for some reason not enough information in these logs, it's a simple matter to have the app dump an actual call stack into the logs in a way that would provide enough information to pinpoint the actual crash. ![]() As a programmer myself I appreciate how much information your logs are gathering and its also clear to me from looking at it that there is probably enough information there to both confirm the crash as well as determine the nature of it. I've submitted the crash info, but haven't heard of any fixes related to what I've reported. ![]() Please don't take this the wrong way but I think that changing the topic to is a bit premature.
